How we work

We use a simple, proven 5-step process that gives you maximum value for money with as little or as much involvement as you choose.

• We arrange a briefing session, either face-to-face, or over the telephone. You impart everything you wish to convey and the timescale for production.
• We provide a written brief confirming your requirements and a quotation (normally fixed-price based on the amount of work involved). At this stage, there is no commitment on your part to proceed.
• We send you a draft on a specified date for your approval and any comments. These are often best discussed over the telephone or face-to-face, but some clients simply prefer to mark-up the draft with their changes.
• Your comments are incorporated into a final draft which is then proof-read and provided to you electronically in Microsoft Word for your use. Other media is also available, but may necessitate an additional cost.
• Upon payment, the copyright to use the material is yours, although the writer retains the rights to use the material for publicity purposes unless you agree specifically otherwise.
